Cooking

step-0
First, bake the tartlets. Thinly rolled dough spread in a greased with vegetable oil without smell molds. Crush with your fingers, stretch the mold. They have not received the same in form, but I needed it.
step-1
Before you put the tartlets in the oven, you need to cover the dough with peas or beans, in General, something solid that they are not swollen.
step-2
Then the peas or beans have to be removed (carefully!!!). Here are the tartlets I did.
step-3
Now I love salad. Boiled chicken meat cut into medium-sized pieces of where can be divided into fiber - shared hands.
step-4
Cheese cut into strips. It is better to use spicy cheese, and even better, two cheeses, one sharp, the other more bland.
step-5
Cut the tongue, boiled until soft and thoroughly cleaned. To make the language easier to clean, it needs removing from the broth, immediately rinse with very cold water.
step-6
Apple straws.
step-7
The grapes I was quite small (Kish-Mish), so I cut it in half.
step-8
Salt, pepper - to taste. Mayonnaise. You can mix it with sour cream or use only sour cream, but mayonnaise tastes better.
step-9
Here's a salad. It is quite tasty in this form, but if you're not feeding it to the tarts - a must before serving, sprinkle the salad with croutons, the best of the white loaf. They need to fry in butter, and in any case not to mix with salad. The best option is to submit them separately. I have a role play crackers tarts.
step-10
Put the salad in tartlets and decorate with grapes and pickle. Bon appetit!
