A simple and delicious tuna salad. In Hurghada, on the beach, Dream Beach this salad is called a simple "Tuna salad". The first time I tried the salad about 8 years ago and loved forever. Optimistic amount of tuna on the plate, a minimum of spices and the maximum value, taste and beauty. In this recipe I replaced the balsamic vinegar used in the original recipe by favorite Kikkoman soy sauce a classic, zamarinovat the onions. My version I liked even more. Help yourself, my dear!

Cooking
I used for the salad, the cilantro, the same as in the original recipe, but You can take a bundle of your greenery, combined to taste with tuna. I have a red onion, but in fact, this salad will fit any bow.
Cut the onion into small dice, place in bowl, pour soy sauce and a good stir with a fork.
Drain the tuna of excess oil and mash tuna with a fork.
Put tuna in the salad bowl to the onions, mix thoroughly and put the mixture in a suitable size container.
Chop the herbs too finely.
Small cubes dice the tomatoes.
Now assemble the salad. Cover the tank with a plate or dish for the filing of the salad, gently turn over. Without removing the capacity slightly shake the plate and remove the capacity.
Put all the greens around tuna with onions.
Large spoon spread on a plate with a ring of tomatoes. Decorate, if desired pickle. The salad is ready! Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
