Tale has repeatedly portrayed, created cartoons, and plays, including poetry, Opera, ballet. In my childhood it was possible to meet a Board game called "the Golden key", and in the grocery store, the eponymous candy-butterscotch and soda. All the heroes of this magical tale loved by us, even the negative characters - Karabas-Barabas Duremar, the cat Basilio and the Fox Alisa - charming charismatic. I want to invite to our Christmas feast tales of the beloved poet, lover of Piero, and to dedicate to him this dessert.

Whose child's heart doesn't skip a beat from such a sentimental prologue? Touching the face, generously sprinkled with flour, the tragic, frozen forever kink eyebrows, ridiculous uncomfortable suit... But without a doubt, he's a hero, though not with a stick in his hand, but a mandolin. In a fair and clean his beating heart is not a doll love her and he dedicates his songs and life itself.
Piero is originally from Italian folklore, and because our dessert - interpretation of the Italian cassata cake. Prepare for the start of aerated sponge cake. A baking sheet (I 36х36 cm) lightly coat with oil or margarine. While the cake cools, making the filling. Prepare the cheese, rubbed it with a blender or by rubbing through a sieve.
In Sicilian cassata, ricotta is traditionally used. I used ricotta homemade frozen yogurt. This method of cooking is extremely easy and affordable - yogurt frozen in the freezer right in the original Tetra Pak, for example, in the morning. Night frozen yogurt extracted, delete the package - it is perfectly cut with a knife, kefir brick placed in a colander which is in turn mounted in a suitable for collecting serum capacity. This step can be deleted and do just ordinary cheese, increasing in proportion to its quantity.

Chilled dessert free from film, turn over on a dish and decorate. I generously smeared "dome" whipped cream (200 g + 50 g of powdered sugar). Armed with a spoon, dipped it into the whipped cream, a small amount of which is prudently left, and then touching the surface of the dessert and jerky movements removing the spoon, made of peaks across the surface. The top was decorated with notes and chocolate hearts. Out of this number ingredients I got two desserts - one bowl, diameter 18 cm, height 8 cm, another in the form of 12 and 5 cm, respectively. In addition, and biscuit, and the filling was enough for four more bowl, but that's without whipped cream.
