Beetroot patties with mushroom sauce
Unexpected option. Beetroot patties with mushroom sauce, flavored with garlic, are the perfect complement to a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Water

    1 cup

Boil the beets, grate on a fine grater.

Beetroot minced add 1 tooth. garlic, passed through garlic press.

Add 2 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs.

Add 1 egg, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Mushrooms (3 pieces to grind), add the beetroot and beef. Minced knead until smooth.

Cooked beef formed into burgers. Burgers breaded in breadcrumbs.

To the pan add the vegetable oil (3 tbsp). Fry the meatballs on medium heat on both sides. To cutlets can be prepared the mushroom sauce. To do this: In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, add chopped mushrooms ( 1 PC.). Fry chopped mushrooms in butter, then add 1 tbsp flour (no slides), to brown the flour together with the chopped mushrooms until Golden brown. Then add 1 tbsp. water or milk, add salt and black pepper to taste, add the spicy dried herbs (1/2 tsp), to give writing a rolling boil the sauce until thick, then add 30 gr. butter, simmer for another 2-3 minutes the Sauce is ready.
