Chicken fillet wash, dry paper towel and cut into small cubes.
For the marinade mix the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, mustard, herbs, garlic squeeze through the press. Herbs you can use any which you like the best. For me it is oregano, Basil and savory. Also suitable thyme, rosemary, parsley.
Whisk to mix the marinade until smooth. Add the salt and pepper mixture.
Put the chicken in the marinade, stir so that the marinade covers each piece, and leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes. In the refrigerator, do not remove, so the meat marinated faster.
Zucchini cut into thin layers with a vegetable peeler. Sprinkle them with salt and leave for 5 minutes, they will be more flexible and will not break when twisting.
