Beet salad with sweet peppers
Very tasty salad, with him even in winter you can cook borsch.

  • Sugar

  • Vinegar

Beets grate on a grater. Carrots grate on a grater. Cut onion finely. Cut tomatoes into. Pepper cut. All mix,add.vegetable oil,sugar,vinegar,salt. Put to boil,when it boils cook for 30 minutes,remember to stir the salad. Put the salad into sterilized jars,roll up covers,flip,cover with a towel until cool. I keep in the fridge.
