I absolutely do not cause appetite green soups, here assembled at McDonalds soup with spinach, but in a more appetizing for me, the form, the preparation is popular in Portugal.

Spinach
100 g
Cooking
Boil potatoes and carrots for the brightness of the taste, add fried in olive oil onion and garlic, all crushed with a blender.
Add chopped spinach, salt, pepper and boil for another 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
