Continue the topic of healthy eating. I can assure all the skeptics that the soup of the steamer turned out no worse than cooked in the usual way.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

  • Vegetable oil

Try a couple times to cook dinner in the crockpot, I realized that this is not only useful and tasty, but also convenient. It is not necessary to look - run away-run? To start, wash and soak the peas for 4 hours (but preferably overnight).

In the rice bowl fill it with peas, put the meat (I got chicken), fill with water and set timer for 40 minutes. For pork and beef time - 60 minutes.

While cooking the meat and the peas, peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Grind the onion, carrots grate on a grater with medium-sized cells.

After the signal in the bowl of a double boiler put potatoes, onions and carrots. Salt, black pepper, oregano, fennel, nutmeg. Timer set for 20 minutes.
