Soup with liver
Seen a lot of recipes from the liver, but the soup is not seen. I offer a recipe I found on the Internet. Do not judge strictly, this is my debut.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    100 g

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

Buckwheat iterate, rinse and put in a pot of boiling, salted water (about 2.5 litres) and cover with a lid. Put on medium heat.

Coat the liver in flour. Fry on a preheated with oil pan for about five minutes. And put in the pan moderates the heat to low.

In the pan where we fried the liver fry the carrots for about three minutes on medium heat.

Add to the onions carrots and fry for another five minutes. Cover with a lid, turn down the gas fire and tormented for 3 minutes.

Cut the greens. Put in a saucepan. And switch off the stove. Infuse and treat your family with a delicious soup.
