Soup
This soup to me more like a gentle spring sad autumn, but in cold days I want flight and the spring freshness!

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Green peas

  • Green onions

  • Greens

  • Butter

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

From the sliced pulp of meat to cook the broth.

Carrots and potatoes cut into small cubes and put in soup.

When the vegetables are ready, add the peas and a couple of Bay leaves.Cook it for a while.

And finally at the end of cooking add the greens...

...and a piece of butter. Don't judge the photo, the first time our butter with a spoon "has gone", had to catch-catch :)

After 2 minutes turn off and enjoy a light soup!
