The fourth collector from my collection. Very tasty, with the aroma of smoked meat... it is Better to try once!

Ingredients

Cooking

Oil (butter or vegetable) saute onion, then add carrots. All the vegetables cut into cubes.

Beets, cut into cubes, add to vegetables. There also put chopped tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, sugar, vinegar (I add lemon juice)and simmer until soft.

White cabbage cut into checkers. In the boiling broth fill it and cook for 15-20 minutes. If sauerkraut, it is first necessary to extinguish until soft and put into the broth together with beets.

In 20 minutes from start of cooking cabbage add the broth steamed vegetables: beets, carrots, and onions. Cook all together for about 20 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, put it in the soup meat set: boiled beef, ham and sausage, cut into small strips or cubes.

5 minutes before the end of cooking borsch dressed it with garlic, mashed with bacon. I seasoned only with garlic. For 5-7 minutes before end of cooking, you can fill the soup flour onion 1 tbsp of flour (but my family, like bacon, does not love). Here's a tasty and fragrant borsch turns out. When serving in a bowl add the greens and sour cream. BON APPETIT!!!
