With such a name I saw these muffins on the Internet and immediately realized that this option for me. Besides the fact that to do them fairly easy, they look impressive when serving. And most importantly, I solved the problem with deriving continuously from rolls, jam, here it does not follow at all.

For the dough I used generic brown sugar from "Mistral".
For the dough used bread, though you can also knead in the usual way. All the ingredients: flour, brown sugar universal "Mistral", salt, one egg, milk, vanilla, softened butter and active yeast is loaded into the container breadmaker and put on dough mode and the second lift. I have this time 1 hour 40 minutes. After the specified time the dough is ready.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
And every piece of dough for another 3 equal parts.
Roll out circles of dough. We pour a flour, to not stuck. On each circle put half a teaspoon of jam. You can take any favorite jam. I took cherry and apricot. I liked this recipe because in one bun, you can combine different types of jam: two or even three.
Each circle of dough with jam turn twice in the area. Not pressing, the dough should not stick together.
Take the muffin, if simple, lubricating oil. I took the silicone oil was not necessary. And gently in each hole down the corners made by the three semis. No need to stack them tightly or squeeze.
Next, we need Demerara brown sugar from "Mistral". It is most applicable in the bakery, thanks to the caramel taste.
Each bun grease with a brush with the beaten egg and generously sprinkle with Demerara brown sugar from "Mistral". Allow the rolls to come in 15 minutes. Put bake in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes. I usually put the silicone form on the grid.
