Creamy chocolate squares
Dessert for chocoholics. The idea lanzalena.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    225 g

  • White chocolate

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    130 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

Cooking

1.Lightly beat the egg with a fork. 2.Cream cheese (room temperature, fat content of 12-24%, not below!) RUB with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and vanilla, mix with egg.

3.In the micro or in a water bath melt the white chocolate. Cool slightly and add to butter mixture. Stir. Set aside.

1.Dark chocolate to break into pieces, add butter to melt in the micro (in defrost mode) or in a water bath. 2.In melted chocolate-oil mixture add the icing sugar, stir, then bit lightly beaten eggs, stirring all the time. 3.At the end add the flour (60 grams is about 1/2 Cup) and mix well again.

Into prepared pan spread little more than half of the chocolate layer. Top gently spread the creamy white layer. Flatten.

Then again chocolate layer. Wooden stick to mix the layers.

Caution! Hot cake is very soft and brittle! Be sure to wait for complete cooling before slicing. Squares before use, chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours. The longer, the tastier!
