Fish in the salt dough
I love the fish baked in salt, it turns out flavorful and juicy. There is one "but": she is not very! Found a great recipe (thank you huge) baking fish in salt crust. This is a very beautiful and delicious!

  • Garlic

Take a whole fish (I have this time was tilapia) clean, wash, cut off the fins. Well when the fish is not gutted, then without cutting the abdomen , remove the gills and over the head to get inside (will do, will understand how, there's just). Just gently pull the reins, so as not to crush the gallbladder, and the fish in the finished dish will taste bitter. RUB the fish with lemon, put into a sprig of rosemary and a crushed clove of garlic. Fish do not add salt!!! Leave for half an hour to marinate.

Meanwhile, take a good bunch of parsley, and salt.

Parsley and salt grind in a blender to pulp.

Make dough. In our casico add 2 beaten eggs, and we pour a flour. The dough should be well otstavat of hand.

A baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out half of the dough.

On the dough put the fish and cut off with an allowance of 3 cm of extra dough. Grease the edges with beaten egg.

Similarly roll out the second half of the dough, and put on the fish.

Excess dough is cut, join the two halves. From the remnants of dough making ornament.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about an hour. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.

Then with a sharp knife cut away the cover, and we have a fragrant, tender, juicy fish. The dough is!
