Meatloaf with pistachios and tarragon
A good roll, a good alternative to store-bought sausage!

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Pistachios

    50 g

  • Semolina

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Tarragon

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame
