Plum rinse thoroughly and entirely (freeing from the bones and skins) put in a large pot, add water and put on fire. Bring to the boil and cook for a few minutes to plum seethe and freed from skins and bones. Seethe plums through a sieve. In the resulting puree, add sugar of 1:1 and put it on the fire. Cook until tender (40-50 minutes) the jam is Ready pour into sterile jars.
