Cooking

Berry mass bring to a boil over moderate heat. Cool completely. Repeat the cooking with intervals two more times. When cooking for the third time to do the test for a drop. If the jam is ready, pour into sterilized banks.
Bottled jam to cover with a towel and leave to cool. The cooled jam to close the lids.
