Lecho successful
Hello! I want to share with You a wonderful recipe Lecho. Good because it is very well chosen combinations of flavours products. Lecho turns out quite thick and flavorful. Pepper it hard and crunchy. This is achieved due to the long heat treatment only 15-18 minutes of the boil, but despite this kept the cakes very well. The recipe is not complicated and most importantly, to determine the taste quality of the end product can be immediately tasted something that did not fit in the jars. And if the furniture you like, you can spin more and not wait for the winter tasting. And so it started.

Cooking

step-0
The first is to prepare cans and lids. And this is FAE, soda, sterilization.
step-1
My pepper remove the stems and core. Then cut into strips along 1-1. 5 cm.
step-2
Take the pan ( mine is 9литровая) and put there the tomato paste, then pour 1 liter of water and stir to dissolve the paste. Add 2 tbsp. of salt, 200g. oil, 200g. sugar and all this stir until smooth and put on the fire. As soon as the mass begins to boil, add the whole pepper under the cap. Don't worry about pepper not the whole immersed in the tomato mass. As it warms up it gives off its moisture and gradually sinks from the "head".
step-3
Periodically stirring gently, waiting for when the whole mass boils. Once the vodka is boiling, whip 15-18 minutes, turn the fire, and again under cover, for uniform heating. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add 2st. L. 9% vinegar not forgetting mix gently. Again, the cooking time from start of boiling to start unfolding on the banks of 15-18 minutes. If this time is increased, the pepper loses its form and becomes absorbed. Very convenient when folding for banks to use a funnel. The jars all clean not stained.
step-4
Of this amount, the products I go out 8pcs. 720гр. cans. All a pleasant appetite.
