Cooking
Put the salad in layers in a bowl or in a communal bowl, flavoring each layer a small amount of sauce. Lettuce wash and dry, tear into small pieces and put in bowl.
On the salad put a layer of shrimp.
Boil and cool eggs, chop them or grate them and sprinkle with shrimp.
Again put a layer of shrimp.
Sprinkle shrimp with grated cheese.
Grapes cut into halves, remove seeds, if any. Decorate the salad with grapes and pine nuts. Nuts are optional, you can pre-fry in a dry pan. Nothing to lubricate this layer.
