Preparing for the meeting of 2011 year of the hare (rabbit or cat). Why? Such different animals... I feel closer to the hare. Try my salad, I hope many will like it!!!

Cucumber

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Onion cut into cubes, fry until transparent.
The stomachs of chicken chopped and add to the onions, fry.

Then yolks + mayonnaise.
Cucumbers RUB on a large grater, squeeze.
Grate cheese sausage + mayonnaise.
The last layer of egg whites, rubbed on a coarse grater.
Ponytail and garnish with greens. Our Bunny hid in the bushes, sticks out only the tail!!
