Salad
Summer is coming and it is time to bring the figure in order to go on a diet. Somehow, there is just want. Salad for those who are preparing for the holiday - cucumbers, cabbage... This is my debut on the website - do not judge too harshly.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Green onions

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

We need cucumbers, cabbage, cheese, and green onions.

Cut onions, cucumbers, cabbage, put in a salad bowl.

Cheese cut into small cubes. Cheese, preferably salt - it will give the natural taste and don't need to add salt and spices.

If the cheese is VERY salty (like me), it must be soaked in milk or water for 5-10 min.

Mix everything and put in the refrigerator. Let it soaked. If you suddenly want to eat something - feel free to grab a salad.
