Autumn... the Matures gardens pumpkin, gardens ripe apples... And in the woods? That is possible in the fall to bring home from the forest? Of course, mushrooms! Over the weekend, my husband and son after a walk in the woods brought a lot of mushrooms. And today, visitors came to us parents, and I wanted to prepare them not just fried mushrooms or potatoes with them, but something unusual and tasty. Your cake is so named not just. The taste is, indeed, reminiscent of Julien, but in the "packaging" of delicious dough. Honestly, dough and idea I borrowed from the boy Masasa recipe "Cake-souffle with tomatoes" (for which many thanks to her!), but it has made some changes.

  • Mushrooms

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

Make filling. In a pan melt 30g butter, add the vegetable the same amount. I like the butter combined with the mushrooms it gives the mushrooms some kind of a unique hue in the taste. Add the chopped onions. Fry a little, then diminish the fire and stew for 10 minutes under a lid, stirring occasionally.

Add the mushrooms. I had a pig, which I had previously boiled. Stir and leave on the stove under a lid for 15-20 minutes, again stirring occasionally.

The dough I really liked it and, as I promised to cook Masasa use it yet. However, initially made it a little different and that I liked it, to risk and to change anything I didn't. So put up your own version. Sift the flour and make it deeper.

Add, gradually mixing the egg, melted butter, salt, vinegar, 4 tbsp sour cream. If the dough gustavito, add a little more milk (I'm somewhere in the 1-2st. L.).

The dough turns soft and elastic. Wrap it in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Prepare the sauce. Take 4 tbsp sour cream, 8 tbsp. of cream, stir, add salt, add seasonings, but I believe mushrooms do not need to spoil the other flavors.

Added to fill 2/3 of the grated cheese.

Collect the pie. Form (I have a 26cm in diameter) grease with vegetable oil. Spread the dough and mash his fingers on the form, to make high sides.

Spread layers: mushrooms – fill mushrooms – fill.

The edges of the dough are folded and collected in a bag. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.

Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes (temperature and time are approximate and depend on the capabilities of the plate).

I broke down and cut it, as the saying goes, "piping hot", but it is better to hold it in shape until it cools to room temperature (and shift easier and cut better). Top with a sprinkle of dill (this combination was deemed the perfect husband).
