Cauliflower with chicken in a tomato and vegetable sauce
Very tasty and appetizing dish for those who love cauliflower. Especially in season vegetables!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Cauliflower

    1 kg

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences. Drop into boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander and drain excess water. One glass of water and leave for the sauce.

And the top layer put sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese, herbs and place into a preheated oven to 180 - 190 g for 30 minutes to stew and to soak up the sauce.
