Description
Pide is like a pizza with minced meat, but the filling is so juicy... due to the large number of vegetables: onions, parsley, tomatoes... And tomato paste with garlic also gives the stuffing a nice taste and aroma... Tried this dish when I was in Turkey on vacation... There are these cakes baked right on the street (on site) in the oven (like a Russian). And test is doing, and do it in front of everyone... Baking, they are immediately distributed on the plates, because already there was a queue for them everywhere... the Aroma was so wonderful... MMMM... When I came home, immediately started to look for this recipe on the Internet and... I found and have already successfully baked them for 2 years If you bake them in the evening, in the morning there is nothing left... (we have a family of 4 persons) there are also pide with cheese and herbs...

Cooking
The dough: Sugar and dissolve the yeast in warm milk and water and leave for 5-10 minutes until bubbles. Then gently knead the dough, adding flour, salt and sunflower oil. The dough should not be hard: should be well vmeshivatsya hands and at the same time to be SOFT (!!!) (a lot depends on the quality of flour). Put the dough in a warm place for 1-2 hours to increase about 2 times (I heated the oven to 50 degrees and turn it off - where I have the dough and are looking). Cup while covered with a towel.
Toppings: Onions, tomatoes, parsley very finely chopped,
To connect with the seasonings and stuffing...
Divide the dough into 10-12 balls. Using flour, roll each oval (but not thin!!! and the dough after baking will be hard) In the middle of each spread about 1 tablespoon of beef (very thin layer, and that will not be baked!)... Stung the edge, giving the shape of a boat.
Lay pita on the baking sheet with parchment paper, brush them with yolk and bake at 200*C for 25 minutes.
Once removed from oven, IMMEDIATELY smear the top with melted butter (not dry)
