Nut halva
Cupcake is very easy to prepare but very delicious, aromatic, nutty, with a slight taste of halva. Be sure to cook this their home and they will appreciate it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Cardamom

    1.5 tsp

  • Halva

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar.

Butter cut into cubes and melt. I always use butter EKOMILK - it is made from natural cream and has high taste qualities.

Add to the scrambled eggs, melted butter, honey and beat again.

Add the crumbled halva.

Flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, cardamom, nuts and mix

Grease a baking dish, put the dough. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped nuts.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 - 60 minutes. Readiness check with a dry torch.
