Lemon curd pie
Prepare pie shortbread crumbs as the base and the filling is cottage cheese with poppy seeds and lemon. Cake is sweet with a slightly sour taste, very delicious and flavorful! And besides, still and quickly prepared!

Ingredients

Get down to the basics-namely the flour crumbs (streusel). To do this, the cold butter quickly, grate, add sugar.

Add the flour and quickly grind the dough into crumbs.
