Fritters of cauliflower
Not a bit ashamed when I say that it is simply amazing pancakes. From minimum food, and without any special effort make a very delicious, slightly spicy, flavorful pancakes. They have no flour or starch, and they are baked in the oven. Can be served as a side dish or appetizer with your favorite sauce. But I want to offer one of our favorite dips, the recipe of which once upon a time seen in the network, do not even remember where, otherwise, heartily thank the author.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    700 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Parmesan

  • Olive oil

The cooking process is simple. Cauliflower, washed and disassembled into florets, puree them in a blender or using a grater. Add half a teaspoon of salt and leave for 20 minutes.

Then take a clean kitchen towel, put the cabbage on it, collect the edges of the towel and carefully squeeze to remove excess liquid from the cabbage. In a bowl put cabbage, 2 eggs, grated Parmesan, chopped chives, olive oil, soy sauce, Basil, garlic powder (or garlic), black pepper.
