Meat with rice in Japanese
Or "Asburger" - the original supply of rice and meat, also very tasty! On the website I found a recipe for asburger, but we have significant differences - both in food composition and feeding method, this method is more simple, but at the same time, more presentable). The recipe was found online, on one of the culinary sites, the author Olya, for which many thanks to her! Me for dinner tonight managed to surprise my closest! It's very, very tasty!

Ingredients

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. This time I got the Jasmine rice.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, crushed garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander. If you do not like spicy, the chili is to eliminate or reduce.

In a hot pan, adding 2 tablespoons oil to sear on all sides, cut into thin petals of the chicken, pour half the prepared sauce, add the tomato paste, mix and saute for 2-3 minutes, until tender, salt to taste.

In another pan heat the remaining oil and fry the diced dice onion and carrot until soft carrots. Add the rice, green onions, remaining sauce, it needs more salt to taste, mix well and remove from heat.

Serve using a serving ring ( I have a ring, I put everything in the form, and then inverted on a plate, so all the layers were laid on the contrary, from top to bottom). Put the ring on a plate, spread a portion of rice with a spoon lightly and press it ( I have at this stage too, the rice, because rice with two sides)

Again cover all the rice, a little tamp. Remove the ring ( I just gently turned the form on a plate)
