Pickled beets
Beetroot is a very healthy vegetable. The beneficial properties of its particular nutritional value associated with two points.   • Water

    400 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Beet wash, boil until tender. Then cool and clean

Cut beet cubes, much thin is not necessary, otherwise it will fall apart.

Boil water, add salt, sugar, cloves, peppercorns, Bay leaf to boil for a few minutes.

Beets put in a jar or container with a lid. Remove from heat marinade, add vinegar and oil.

Pour the beets with marinade and leave to marinate in the fridge for a day.
