Salad with cheese and Cervelas
Cervelas is a common dairy sausages. This is a very common salad in Switzerland, especially in the hot season, at home and in cafes on the terraces during the holidays, it is prepared as a main dish. It's quick and easy, and the food is quite nutritious and hearty and at the same time "crisis". The recipe spread not so much because of difficulty, but because of the "nationality" of this dish. "Zest" is in the salad sauce vinaigrette, which is served with this salad.
