Cooking
Squid boil in boiling salted water until tender (3-4 minutes, no more, otherwise it will be like rubber). I was untreated because I had them before cooking cleaned (very easy, just remove the peel, which is removed almost stocking) and took the reins. Cool.
Slice the mushrooms into strips and fry in a little olive oil (can be vegetable odourless).
Add the onion, cut into strips.
Add a little finely chopped dill.
The first layer spread the mushrooms. I laid out in the form of Octopussy, but you can make a simple layered salad. My idea for the dish should be flat (I just have a big plate).
The next layer - the squid, cut into small strips. This layer is only for the "torso" Octopussy.
Then pineapple, sliced finely and definitely pressed from the syrup. Pineapples too, only on the trunk.
Salt, pepper, add mayonnaise.
Spread, make "tentacles" the octopus. This is the most difficult moment, but really nothing complicated. Just then with a napkin or paper towel to wipe the free spaces on the dish. In fact, the tentacles consist only of mushrooms, eggs with mayonnaise and cheese. They should not be very large.
Fall asleep octopus whole, of course, keeping the intended shape.
Decorate. Eyes is ass from the green maslinka (it took two things to be the same as olives pitted have the ass with only one hand :-D :-D :-D ), they must be inserted in rings of black maslinka (the widest part of it. I had a small maslinka *DONT_KNOW* ). From peppers (always red) to cut out a mouth and a cap. Green onions cut into rings, put in between the tentacles is the air bubbles. Well, that's all kind!!! Think long and hard, and really easy!!! I'm 40 minutes did.
