Cooking
Make a biscuit. Take eight eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk whites into a thick foam, little by little adding half the sugar. It will take about 5 min. Leave our proteins, not for long.
Make yolks. Add a tablespoon of warm boiled water and a pinch of salt. Whisk until thick homemade sour cream, sugar pour in small portions.
Combine very gently beaten egg whites with yolks. Put two full tablespoons of beaten eggs in a bowl for future cream. In the sifted flour, add baking powder and put into the egg mixture. Do not mix with a mixer. Better whisk. The dough should breathe.
The oven should be hot - 180-200 deg. if gas, then turn on in advance. We spread our dough in the form. I use parchment. Fluff is not necessary. And in the oven! In my oven, in the mode of "convection", 25 minutes, and then add top heat.
Make the peach gelatin cream. Prescription two beaten eggs is cream. They have been there. In General, for the first time, you can get some peaches. Then take 2 cans. My version is a bit more complicated. Take peaches, drained and syrup. Peaches sorted, solid halves for garnishing. Divide in half.
Soft to grind into a puree. I used the juicer. But it is better in blender.
Soak in the peach syrup gelatin (1 packet - 25 grams). In General, all the instructions. In cherry, all exactly the same, but I added sugar.
Peach dessert + peach puree + cooled gelatin mix. I decided to add frozen strawberries, but it is optional.
Dessert strawberry + cherry purée + cooled gelatin mix. These peaches will go to the inner layer and the decoration.

Then pour the remaining cherry cream. Spread peach slices. And back into the fridge.
Decorate as desired. I have whipped cream and almonds.
