Pie with mushrooms and pumpkin
"Cake Paulista". This recipe came to us from distant Brazil. Sounds very tempting, and in fact is an ordinary pie with mushrooms and pumpkin. I was surprised when found this recipe on the website because of Cake Paulista – the most famous recipe Brazilian cuisine. Dish from the fast and will not take much time, and a pleasant spicy taste, I hope, will not leave you indifferent.

  • Pumpkin

  • Mushrooms

  • Butter

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Cheese

The oven to include at 200*C. Grease a small baking dish (I have square, 21 x 21 cm) or two small forms. Pumpkin peel and cut into small cubes. Mushrooms, cleaned and cut into thin slices. Melt butter.
