This cake really loves my son. So this time baked it at his request. Easy and very tasty and satisfying.

Cooking
Onion peel and cut chetvertfinalny. In finished form should be 400 g.
Mushrooms clean or carefully wipe with a dry cloth and cut into plates.
The meat (I had a mixture: 300 g of pork and the meat from 1 chicken legs) cut into very small cubes.
Sift flour together with baking powder, cut into small pieces margarine and mash with your hands until uniform fine crumbs. Add the egg and water, knead the dough. Roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator.
Bow spasserovat in vegetable oil until Golden brown, a little salt. Remove from the pan.
To the pan add a little oil and fry the mushrooms until the liquid is evaporated, season with salt and pepper.
Remove the mushrooms and stir-fry the meat until evaporated juice. Too much to fry is not necessary, so the meat does not become dry. Salt and pepper the meat.
To the meat add chopped parsley and dill. Here three components of our toppings ready.
The dough № 1 mash in a pan with a diameter of 26 cm, having a high side. Repeatedly prick with a fork and place in the oven, preheated to 200*C for 10 minutes.

Bake at 180*C for 25-30 minutes.
Ready cake cool slightly in the form, and then gently removed from it and put it on the grill.
