Add in the pudding: butter and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Cover the pudding with foil, not to dry on top and set to cool in the fridge. Recommended up to 3 hours, but I can't stand so much. By the way, this pudding can be cooked in advance, so as to be stored in the refrigerator it can be up to 3 days.
Let's get to baking sponge cake. Butter and milk on low heat bring to a boil. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the sugar for about 4 - 5 minutes until light and lemon-colored. Landmark alert: if you hold your finger on the surface of the beaten eggs, then the track (groove) disappears after 1 - 2 sec.
In eggs add flour, soda, salt, hot milk with butter, vanilla sugar. Mix well.
The form with smooth sides (not expanded upwards) grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. I have split diameter 26 cm ideally a little less - 23-24 cm, so the cake was taller.
Bake cake in a preheated 170 - 180 degree oven for about 35 min. to form a beautiful Golden crust.
Prepare the chocolate glaze. Boil 1/3 Cup. milk (if you have the cream - even better). 100 - 150 g of black chocolate (I have 150g) cut into small pieces and pour the milk.
