The famous Italian appetizer in a bold new form with a nice addition. As suggested to me by Oksana (Oxana_71 ) – Caprese to fit young white wine, slightly aromatic and fruity. That she (Oksana) thank you!

Cooking
First you need to prepare cream of balsamic. If you have already finished, use it, if not, you can prepare the cream similar to the original, in the home. For this you will need balsamic vinegar, dry red wine and honey. In a saucepan put the honey, bring it to a boil, add the vinegar and wine and cook over medium heat until until the liquid is boiled to about half and become thick. Not to digest!!! otherwise when cooled, the cream will harden. The resulting cream can be used in salads and various desserts.
Bacon slice on a plate and chop on wooden skewers.
Fry the skewers with the bacon in a pan until crispy, put it on a napkin to glass excess oil.
In glass cups for Marinov (or tall, narrow glasses) turns to lay out the tomato, mozzarella, a leaf of Basil, then tomato, cheese and Basil.
In each Cup add a few drops of olive oil and cream of balsamic.
On top insert a skewer with bacon and garnish with Basil leaves. To apply to the white young wine.
