Was looking through recipes and I remembered the appetizer, which was done for the New year, all very simply, quickly and for table decoration idea.

Cooking
The three cheese on a grater, melted mash with a fork, add the grated whites, mayonnaise, spices.
Make a snowman decorate with protein, pre-soaked in red cabbage juice.
Last time did a similar snowman, but there was one thing(!), the room was hot and he literally melted before our eyes.
