Description
Chicken wings in honey glaze and original principle of cooking. Yesterday saw the next release of their favorite show "spice& quot; and decided to cook one of there dishes. The issue was about the honey. On the website, of course, a lot of wings in a honey glaze, but the principle of cooking I have not found. The fact that honey when heated, first melts and then can burn. Here we propose a method of cooking in which honey is not subjected to prolonged heat treatment at high temperature. But it turned out OOOOOOCHEN delicious. PURR-meow!

Cooking
The wings are cut into two parts.
Pour soy sauce and vegetable oil. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked.
While our krilca (I'd like to call them exactly, in Ukrainian, to me, this name sounds more appetizing), baked, peel garlic, take out of zubochkov and discarded the middle. Cut with the ginger crust.
All this happiness chop finely with a knife. I have lying around in the fridge a sprig of rosemary. I stripped her leaves...
And crumble with garlic and ginger.
Meanwhile, our krilca reached the condition.
Now all you need to do very quickly. In a frying pan heated to about the same amount of vegetable oil and butter.
Add a spoonful of honey and stir, melt.
Acid is added. This can be wine, wine vinegar, etc. In my case it's soy and tomato sauce. Mix well and add the garlic, ginger and rosemary.
Now it is the turn of the wings. Place them in pan and mix thoroughly to evenly obvolakivanie wings sauce. Keep in the pan until thick and remove.
In the pan still honey sauce, and the top layer of fat. This fat I lost, and the remaining bottom - watered wings.
You need to give the wings a bit to stand up to the frosting dried.
And you can bring to the table! - Just so...
For a husband - with pasta!
And this is all that was left half an hour after I woke up the husband and daughter!
