Soup
A delicate soup for a country dinner. Prepared quickly from ingredients always at hand. At the cottage, after work is always a pleasure to eat a plate of fresh soup. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Millet

    1 pack

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Corn

    4 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Water

    1200 ml

The products that we need.

Peel and chop the vegetables into strips, I RUB on a grater. Fillet cut open a packet of millet.

In a saucepan heat the oil and add the millet, stir and fry for a minute.

Then add chicken, fry until whitening of meat.

For meat and millet add the potatoes, carrots, garlic, passed through the press. Stir and fry for a few minutes. Pour hot water, add salt, bring to boil and simmer until cooked millet.

5 minutes before ready, add the cheese, Bay leaf and corn.
