Cheesecake dessert
Delicious cheesecake dessert, which is prepared on one, two, three. If you have very little time to prepare for the holiday, and to prepare the dessert you want, then you can use this recipe, provided you like cottage cheese. You can add berries, fruits, nuts, candied fruits in its sole discretion.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

Soak the gelatin in the milk, leave to swell for 7-10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath. White chocolate burns more difficult, so watch out to not curdle, stir constantly.

Swollen gelatin put in a water bath and allow it to completely dissolve, do not boil. Combine in mixing bowl cottage cheese, cream, sugar, melted chocolate and prepared gelatin. Whisk the mass in a blender to a smooth consistency. Pour in the available portion of the silicon molds or in one large. Cover with cling film and put into the fridge until fully hardened, at least 2 hours.
