Banana cream with white and dark chocolate
Actually, it's not quite cream. Soon the word spread would be more. But, this spread can be used not only to spread on bread or biscuits, but to fluff them biscuit rolls, or to serve Aladushkin. A very simple recipe and very good result from Stelios Pallaresa.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    500 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    80 g

  • Butter

    100 g

Grind 250g of bananas in a blender. Put the mass into a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, add 80g of dark chocolate. Stir.

Then add 50g of butter and stir again. Put the cream in a jar. Stored in the refrigerator for 20 days. Before use, you can leave the cream for a while at room temperature to become softer.

White chocolate story is absolutely the same. Heated on low heat 250g of bananas, add 100g of white chocolate and 50g of butter. Mix, put into a clean jar and store in the refrigerator up to 20 days.
