Description
Candy chocolate unsweetened "Our life" and the sweet "Tell me, ciiis", as well as a bonus chocolate bar. Candy lover... lover of dark chocolate. I used 99% dark chocolate, although maybe I shouldn't have to use such extreme option - 70 %, and even 55 %, is also quite good... but bonus... It's not so much a recipe, as the idea of how you can give a "second life" things which we used not to notice.

Cooking
Very simple ingredients.
Mould for candy to put on a few minutes in the freezer. Meanwhile, melt 2/3 of the chocolate in the usual way (in the microwave 20 seconds at a maximum power of + 10 seconds if necessary).
Sprinkle with melted chocolate frozen cookie cutters (I used a coffee spoon, walked twice). Put back the mold for a few minutes in the freezer.
For frozen chocolate to put cheese filling. I suppose that is best suited viola - cheese tender, stringy, does not emit the liquid with a fairly neutral taste.
Close the filling second serving of melted chocolate. Again to put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
After curing, gently remove candy from the molds. Can be laid in a paper capsule,
and beautifully packaged (I sprinkled canturina).
From the bitter, 99% chocolate, I still have the pair of such substrates. Throw was sorry and found a use for them: I had melted different chocolate (white, milk, dark) from previous experiments... All mixed, add more chocolate discs and ennobled citrus filling. It turned out beautiful and delicious. And the substrate is reusable. Can and other toppings to experiment.
So, took off the skins of tangerines (I had tangerines with very thin skin), cut it thin strips.
Melted the chocolate in the usual way.
Mixed the melted chocolate with tangerine shavings, filled with a mixture of the substrate.
Chocolate covered prudent not completely separated by a film. Slightly smoothed, removed speaking on the chocolate. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes, but best to let the chocolate harden at room temperature during the day. With frozen chocolate remove the foil - the basis of chocolate turned out smooth.
Very gently extract the tile from the substrate. With a knife cut off speaking the excess chocolate. The substrate is washed, dried, put the chocolate bar back.

Chocolate still had to lie down during the day, "to dry". Otherwise pack it did not work - it quickly melted, smeared. But the next day to take it easy.
