Tsvetayeva's Apple pie
Fragrant fruit pie with delicate cream filling. One of my favorite fruit pies in our family. Bake according to the recipe taken from women's magazine of the 80-ies, with slight modifications.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

Slightly softened butter to pound with sugar, add sour cream, soda and, gradually powdering the sifted flour, knead the dough. It is soft but does not stick to hands. On the bottom of a greased form put the dough, to flatten it, making a small bumpers. Apples wash, dry, cut into thin slices, removing the core and seeds. In the recipe it is recommended to clear the apples from the skin, but I do not. Sliced apples spread on the dough and pour the cream. Cream: whip the cream, add pounded with sugar egg and flour, stir to avoid lumps and separated the sugar.

Bake until ready. I at a temperature of 170 degrees bake 40-45 mins (I take half a portion and bake it in shape with a diameter of 27 cm from the Top, you can make caramel filling for any recipe. For my taste, tart and so sweet. Ready pie to cool. This cake I baked with plums, is also very tasty. Sometimes sour cream substitute homemade yogurt.
