Cooking
Cook the dough. In a bowl pour warm milk, add brown sugar, vanilla, salt, mix.
Add sifted flour mixed with dry yeast, butter at room temperature.
Give the dough to increase in volume about 2 times.
Divide the dough into 2 parts – one part slightly bigger than the other.
A large part of roll into a circle with a diameter of about 32 cm (diameter of my form 29 cm). If the dough is sticky, use flour for podpira.
Form grease with vegetable oil, spread the dough by molding a small ledge.
Spread on the dough the cooked sweetened condensed milk (milk should be room temperature), distribute it over the dough.
If You are using frozen berries, defrost them beforehand in the microwave. Spread the berries in sweetened condensed milk.
Roll out second portion of dough into a round, cover the filling. Pinch the edges of the cake.
Cover pie with foil, give it to increase in volume.
Bake pie in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes (until Golden brown). Give the cake to cool. Bon appétit!
