The chicken turns out juicy, under insanely delicious frosting... And the more honey mustard sauce, so delicious. Cooking
(I did a half order.) Chicken to throw in the boiling water and boil for 3-4 minutes depending on thickness of fillet. The outside of the chicken should be white and the inside raw. (If laziness potters with boiling water, you can quickly sauté fillets on both sides in high heat.)
Garlic peel and finely chop. Melt the butter and add the garlic. Fry on medium heat for a minute. The garlic should not brown!
Mix soy sauce, honey, mustard and black pepper.
Add to garlic. Boil for a minute.
Reduce the heat, add the fillet and close the lid. The stew in the sauce until tender, turning occasionally. It took me 7 minutes. It is important not to overdo!
