Tomato soup with dumplings manami
This year, I "suffered" from the abundance of tomatoes. Added them everywhere, that's just not the compote )) are Constantly prepared tomato soup: both hot and cold. Here's one of my soups I want to share with you. The husband, however, told a very similar soup we ate somewhere abroad. Don't know don't remember I ate it and was very pleased.

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    1 l

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Basil

  • Pepper white

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

In a bowl, pour 5 tablespoons (NO SLIDES!) semolina.

Add the egg, sour cream, salt. Stir it carefully.

A liter of tomato juice in a saucepan and put on fire (I juice is preparing itself in a blender with fresh tomatoes and garlic). Add the Basil (I put by the breadth of the soul - love it), ground pepper (I put lemon), salt. Bring juice to a boil.

Teaspoon and dialed the dough and carefully but quickly put the dumplings in the soup. At the same time trying to stir often so dumplings don't stick to the bottom and don't stick together. Cook dumplings for 15-20 minutes. I recommend to get one and try on readiness.
