Continue to learn Zepter. Want to offer You a soup, made without a drop of oil and the vegetables cook without water, in its own juice. The result is a healthy soup (while cooking retains all useful properties), a very fragrant, beautiful, bright. Help yourself!

Carrots, potatoes and bell pepper cut into medium dice.
Onions finely chop, sausage cut into half rings.
Pickled cucumber RUB on a coarse grater.
Frozen cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Carrots, potatoes and bell pepper spread in a cold pan. Cover with a lid and on medium flame, heat the pan with the vegetables until the beginning of the green sector (look at the external thermal control scale), the fire diminish to a minimum (or put on the smallest burner), bring the arrow of thermocontroller to mid-green sector (for me it took about 3 min). Disconnect the fire and leave our veggies to "reach" for 5 min.
Put a saucepan on a medium heat, cover with a lid and heated until the beginning of the green sector (following on an internal scale for the arrow of the controller). Arrange the onion, sausage and pickles. The pot no grease!!! Mix vegetables and fry for 3-5 minutes (Stir, put the lid on. Repeat 2-3 times).
Put the saucepan on medium heat, in a pan put sauteed vegetables from the skillet, pour water. Cover with a lid and on medium heat bring to a boil (the arrow on the controller during this time just to reach the middle of the green sector (look on the outer scale). Cook the soup for 5 minutes, disconnect the Fire.
Add to soup, noodles, greens, cheese. Stir.
Add the spices, Bay leaf. Taste for salt and, if necessary, doselevel. Close the pan with a lid and keep on heat for 2 minutes, disconnect the Fire and give the "brew" soup 10 minutes.
