Soup with ice fish
Quick, tasty, useful and very popular with the children!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Couscous

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

Defrost and clean the fish. Add to the pot with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil. Remove the foam and simmer over medium heat, about 15 minutes.

The fish is ready. Filter the broth. Put on the fire. Clean and cut onions, carrots, potatoes, and throws in the broth. Don't forget to salt and add some sugar. I added a bit of parsley.

Pour into a bowl 2 tablespoons of the couscous and pour a small quantity of broth. Within a few minutes the couscous is ready. You can skip this step if You are not a fan of couscous. You can also add the couscous directly in the soup, but then you have a few minutes to wait and the soup will be hot.

Our soup is ready!!! Poured into plates. Parse the chilled fish and put it immediately into plates. Sprinkle with herbs, I like this soup with leeks. Call the family and enjoy a delicious and healthy dish!!!
