Tahtani chicken
Tahtani is the famous Caucasian cuisine salad of boiled beef and sauce Caxton. Caucasian new year's table is unthinkable without tahtani. The salad is simple ingredients it takes a bit, the flavor is wonderful, especially for those who love Caucasian cuisine. I adapted this salad boiled chicken breast, and it turned out just fine. Sufficient dry chicken meat, soaked with the fragrant sauce, it becomes tender, juicy and very tasty. The secret of this dish is in the sauce Caxton. In different areas of the Caucasus Caxton prepared in different ways, classic Ossetian Caxton is based on spicy pickled peppers. On the website there are 2 recipe Caxton, but they differ from mine, I have Caxton with clear Georgian accent. I hope you'll accept my option.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Walnuts

    10 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Chili

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

Cooking

Cilantro and garlic finely chop, walnuts grind in a blender very finely

Pour into a bowl the yogurt, add salt and spice Mix

Add to the mix the cilantro, garlic and nuts

Add the chopped small pieces of chicken meat, Stir and leave alone for 1 hour.
