Baked slices of tomatoes and 'Cool'
Sharing with you a super-fast and super tasty appetizer that leaves the table is always the first - hence the name "cool&am p;quot;! I will make these tomatoes on a holiday - whatever. After 10 minutes they are no longer on the table. A wonderful combination of tender chicken liver flavored mushrooms and juicy tomatoes probably do the trick. Try it, you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Chicken liver

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Tomatoes pour over boiling water and remove the skin, because we want the best dainty dish to. Cut into quarters, remove the middle.

Liver finely chopped (preferably frozen to cut, so it's easier), half of the onion to cut, carrots to RUB on a grater.

Mushrooms cool slightly, add grated cheese, mix well. You can add about a teaspoon of mayonnaise or sour cream for "stickiness", but not necessarily.
